Bendigo Bank Condon St & Edwards Rd Bendigo Greater Bendigo City

Rude. I arrived at 9am, to discuss why I am getting a monthly bank fee that other banks do not charge, and saw it opened at 9:30am. As I got into my car to leave, I saw a plain-clothed lady walk to the entrance, talk to the worker and enter. I go back to the entrance and the worker loudly tells me the bank is closed from her work station. I ask why the other lady was allowed in and she walked to the entrance, said the lady was a lender and was not in uniform, and looked at me as if I was meant to know. I recommend finding out if you pay a monthly fee, consider swapping banks if this is the type of service expected from "The Good Bank".

Sorry ,I can only give one star. The Bendigo Bank Strathdale need to improve their customer service . On average wait time is 1/2 hr ,with at least 12 people in line to be attended to by only two tellers .... Staff wandering around "welcoming " everyone would be better suited to serve disgruntled customers..

I come here to do my banking, what more can I say, the staff are always friendly here. Great service and generally easy spot to park out the front. 👍😜

Above and beyond service. When the computers went down this year, I was given money in advance from my pension payment. Really understanding and caring about customers ☺
