This is a nice spacious branch there are seats to sit on while you wait for your appointment if that's what you are there for. The are 3 serving counters for general daily banking. Sometimes someone greets you when you walk in. There are 2 smart ATMs which you can make withdrawals or deposits at though they only take notes I haven't noticed if there is a machine that takes coins but there is an atm for businesses so I'm guessing that one does. The staff are great I left my card in the machine and I went back and they were great about helping me.

I don't understand where do they get the bad reputation from. Today I walked in to order a new card and settle some stuff regarding an overseas trip. The staff were realy friendly to me- first, the guy at the entrance was really helpful and guided me toward a banker. Next, Chantelle gave me a wonderful customer service and helped me to solve all the issues that I had so quickly. Both had so much patience! Overall- great staff and branch

Today, I went to the NAB Belconnen branch to print out some bank statements for my accounts because I couldn’t access it online. I wish I got a better customer service from the branch manager. I didn’t even get the basic manners of pleases or thank yous. I felt like I was doing something wrong or being a nuisance to him. I’ve banked with NAB for the last 24 years. I expect you to do better.

The worst customer service and experience I ever had , waited in line for 45 minutes whilst the teller was very slow, inexperienced, constantly asking their colleague for help. Only two people serving around 10 people is not a healthy work practices from NAB. In short my enquiry did not get resolved as the CS didn’t know their own protocols. Seriously want to move somewhere else

I walked in to this branch today and waited in the line till the satff came to me. It was a busy day. And a male staff(forgot his name) were extremly patient. There was a customer being very rude as he thought he came before me. Actually the male staff who served me was called for helps several times during consuting me. I just wanna give a thumb up to this male staff and also other staff who provide their best service for the customer.
