Absolutely frickin useless. Long waits. Rude and unhelpful staff with no clue who just refer you on to the 0800 number whose staff also have no clue. Bank "specialists" that are just out to make the bank as much money as they can. Extremely poor customer service. Looking to bank elsewhere.

I went to apply for a new card for the ATM because I don't have one. The lady who helped me didn't do her job correctly and I left without being able to get the new card. I ask your management or the person in charge to please give your employees a crash course on managing banking documents or better yet, close the bank for being ineffective. Thank you.

Worst bank in Hawkes bay for waiting around to be seen. The lady I had was very helpful and thorough although could Of been a bit more efficient with things that are well within my rights.

Terrible, slow, never opened, no air conditioning in summer and staff are rude and not helpful at all. Engaging in personal conversations while the line builds up. Will not engage customers, instead sending them to machines.

I just opened up a new account. I was served by Stephanie Rowell. She was amazing on details. It was quck and meaningful service. It was the best banking service in last many years.
