When I lived in South Korea, this was the branch that I went to whenever I needed to do something more complicated that the everyday bank transaction. First of all, the section of the office that helps customers who don't speak Korean is staffed with people that are fluent enough in English to help customers quite smoothly. In addition to that, the hours for the international section of the office are great. I was able to go up here on the weekends and get everything done. I still remember trying to get a bank card that would allow me to use it for the buses and subways in Korea instead of using a T-Money Card. I went to the IBK branch in Bundang many years ago and did my best to explain what I wanted in my limited Korean. They replied over and over in Korean that it was impossible since I was a foreigner. The next weekend, I came to this branch and explained what I wanted and literally within three minutes I had a new bank card that I could use on the public transportation syste
