Went in person to the bank this morning wanted to open a joint account with my partner and they had no interest in helping got told to go home and do everything online and to come back with a piece of paper they gave me to fill out. Very disappointed we didn’t get given any assistance at all. My partner banks with westpac we went there and they opened our joint account for us and had me set up on the westpac app within 10mins. You lost business due to lack of service, at the end of the day the service I got at westpac was far superior. I don’t come in person to be told to go home and do it online. Disappointed because this is not the first time I have experienced this with ASB.

An employee named Brady is so brilliant! Very helpful, helped people quickly so the lines move swiftly. He maintains his upbeat energy throughout the day! We visited twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Brady was so helpful to deal with. :] Thank you Brady!

Very friendly tellar staff. Even got me a chair to sit on while conducting my business at the teller's. In the past, if there has been a slight wait in the line to any of the services, staff have always come & asked if I would like a chair & allow me to sit to the side of the queue until my turn came up. They all seem very helpful, knowledgeable on tricking questions you may have or problems solving to find a better solution to what you may have brought in to do. Nothing seems to faze or stress their staff when ever I've been in. Even with communications with the most unsavory members of our community are handled with curtsey, respect & friendliness just as you would yourself be looked after. However this bank is not my personal bank but I do seem to do alot of depositing for other people who are members. It is something I'm reviewing at the moment about changes in our household finances comes up ahead.

I have been so impressed with the customer service and help I received over the phone today. I called ASB and spoke to Matt, who quickly and professionally helped me fix an online bank transfer error sent to the wrong account. Very appreciative.

I would like to express my gratitude the the staff and manager of this Branch. They treated my 88 year old mother with huge respect and dignity. Shows this branch operates with compassion. Huge thanks to you all.
