Best customer service ever. The man there was so helpful and scanned around 50 pages of info and then sent it off. He needs a pay rise and service person of the year award. It was stinking hot outside and inside the bank was so nice and refreshingly cool. This branch brings it, easy access, parking easy to find and the best service out west.
I'm not sure about the other staff, but there was one particular Manager that was very helpful and informative when I needed help with my Debit Card. Thank you very much Sir, I hope to see you in the mall again for the nth time!
Worst service ever. As a business customer I was told to wait for 30mins just for a teller . All I wanted to do was deposit funds. While one of the staff just stood there . And when I asked him he said he can’t help me .
Very disappointed at how this branch has turned out following an extremely disappointing visit. Staff were not helpful or attentive to the line. Staff and trainee just standing around chatting and looking busy instead of getting clearing the branch.
whenever i go here i get served reasonably quickly - much better than my other bank
