The shredder at the Dapsimni branch has been broken for a long time, but they haven't repaired it. Calls to customer service are ignored. They get all arrogant just because the volume of the issue increases.
I really hope they either get rid of the AI counselors or give consumers a choice. If they're going to unilaterally force such an inconvenient service, they should at least make it properly. Even the most stubborn people wouldn't be this stubborn. The KB app isn't even up to par yet. Please stop lying and just focus on your existing service!!!!!
