I want to come to Hongdae to do all my banking. But why is everyone in my neighborhood so blunt? ㅠㅠ I like friendly people, but they're not unfriendly either, and they're always ready to help! ^^ These days, banks have completely removed the cashiers, but they're still very attentive to their customers. I love Industrial Bank of Korea at Hongik University Station! 💕

It was so rude. The police officer took a number and told me to go to the desk and fill out a deposit/withdrawal form, so I took a number and went. However, it was opening time and there weren't many people, but the bank employee said, "It takes a long time to fill out, so go over there and fill it out." If he had been friendly, I wouldn't have said anything. The Saemaeul Geumgo employees were incredibly friendly, so I guess the bank had value. I came here and received a completely different service, and I was shocked. Is this selective friendliness depending on the person? What do you mean? Shouldn't they have me fill it out from the beginning and then take a number? It's really unpleasant that they make customers go back and forth to fill out a single deposit/withdrawal form.
