Front desk lady , Asian lady , really rude and complaining abiut getting My username for me. I told her that i lost the paper with it on it and she told Me i shpuld of taken a photo with attitude. So rude. Won’t be going there anymore.

The staff were so helpful in this branch, I had a jar filled with coins and we couldn’t get the lid off. I can’t remember the man’s name but he went above and beyond, smashing the jar for me and picking out the glass. Super helpful and made the experience painless

A really frustrating and inefficient process to open a bank account as a new resident to NZ. It took more than a week to complete the process and required the branch to physically send a letter to my new address even though I had received a letter from ASB with my card attached! Westpac were much more flexible. Regardless of all this, Leo was very proactive in communicating the process and helping to progress things.. it’s just a shame that the bank have such a backwards & inflexible policy.
