Bad experience to handle a credit card inquiry here. We came during lunch time and the customer service was very slow. We had to queue and there was like 6 numbers ahead of us. Realizing that this bank is located in the business district, they should have more customer service attendant ready to help the customers!!! Other than the, we experience not a very good welcoming from the security to manager level. Truly disappointing!! Such a shame!

I was defrauded by one of the sales team members, resulting in a loss of Rp 125 million from my account. Shockingly, the individual remains employed there without any accountability. Head of the Graha Niaga branch brushed off the case and still thinks they are not at fault. These people they all work together. Please stay vigilant with your money.

There's a nice small family mart inside this building. You can buy fried chicken + rice with cheap price (about 15k). Don't worry about quality, it has good taste and big slice of chicken...very recommended. And there's smoking area with beautiful small park at the yard
