ahahah, danamon KC BEJ, it's surely located in the most strategic place in jakarta. however, ever since I waited for almost 2 hours, the CS just barely finished 2 customers. after all, there only was one CS out of 4 desks. what a pity.

Waiting for 45minutes and still no service given. There are only 2 teller and one of them is being CS as well. After 45mins waiting, i was told to wait another (at least) 30mins more. And there were only 2 customer needing CS service, one of them is me who decided to leave thi branch.

Worst service ever 👎 I wanted to go to customer service, but I've been waiting for 15 minutes, and I haven't been helped or called. The customer service representative was in uniform and on standby (playing with her phone) and there were no customers either. I asked security, but the customer service representative went into the back office and didn't come back. Terrible.
