The service, if you can even call it that, is extremely slow. Waiting lists make no difference if you're elderly, pregnant, or have a disability. At the time of writing, the bank is completely packed. Within an hour, they went from number 3 to number 16. For the service I need, there's only one teller available when there are three available. For the teller, only two of the four are working, and for customer service, they're all in the same boat. Terrible management. Ideally, don't come here at all. And if you have to come, do it early.
Unfortunately, a combination of factors is overwhelmingly busy, very slow staff, and a branch that's ill-equipped to make you wait 3 to 4 hours for a simple transaction (no restrooms, limited seating, and no outlets for charging phones, considering the enormous delays involved). They make no distinction between seniors, people with disabilities, or pregnant women. Banco Estado is generally known for providing mediocre service, but this branch excels at it.
I went to the bank and the customer service was incredibly slow. There were over 100 people ahead of me, and it was mid-morning. Just minutes before closing time, I asked the security guard if they had any policy for those of us who had waited all morning without being helped, and he told me, "Get here early and you'll have a shorter wait" (male guard, about 60 years old). I think, so many people looking for work, some even with education and manners, and this man responds dismissively. Beyond the wait, it was a terrible experience, and nothing was resolved.
No puede ser posible perder 5 horas del día en recibir una atención. Mucha gente, poco espacio, no hay enchufes, no hay baño, ejecutivos sin ganas de dar una buena atención. Es un desastre esta sucursal.
The customer service conditions are degrading; three hours on your feet. Completely inconsiderate.
