One hour to serve 10 people with 7 registers. Terrible service, they don't prioritize customers.
Excellent bank, personalized service.
One of the worst banks in Chile, despite the pandemic, is failing to protect people's health, and even in the middle of winter, they have to wait in long lines for hours. I think that as a bank, they should find alternatives (opening on weekends, providing more staff, opening new branches, and streamlining procedures) for customers who have purchased service that is quite poor in their branches. They are profiting and taking advantage of the pandemic to understaff their employees and thus continue to line their pockets. People's time is extremely important in a globalized world.
Neat and pretty. But their service is terrible, not to mention the slowness, especially when cashing checks or money orders, with waits of up to five hours. They give their customers a lot of preference, but they look down on those who collect money from the companies they use to pay.
Although the system is extensive, it took 50 minutes for them to call the first person whose name started with my letter, and I had number 15, two hours later. I don't know their criteria, but other people arrived later and were seen sooner...
