The service is excellent, compared to the BCA Bank next door. My brother's check clearing at BCA was rejected due to a previous rejection from UOB Bank, which had a scribble on it, fearing it wouldn't be accepted by BI. However, Danamon accepted the check and even offered the customer coffee and was willing to make it. Nice service. A model for other banks in Indonesia. Prioritizing customer satisfaction and convenience.
