Well... comparing it to a doctor's office would be a stretch, but it's not far off. To be fair, I was treated well by the customer service representative after a 2-hour and 20-minute wait. Another thing I still don't understand is the creation of an "Inclusive Desk" that wasn't serving anyone, despite the number of people waiting their turn... good grief... There are two useful pieces of information to share: 1) that there's a branch in Peñaflor 10 minutes away that's always less busy, and 2) that the ideal time for service is from 10:00 to 11:30 (fewer people). It's also a good idea to get a number first and then go out to run errands or take care of business in the area. After all, the wait time is only 1 hour for every 50 numbers... quite an ordeal! It is the slowest bank of all the banks in the states. You arrive at 7 am and you don't leave before 12 pm. Customer service takes at least 15 minutes to call another person after they leave. It is horrible how slow it is.

I arrived before nine, and when they opened I was in line to get a number at customer service. I got number S022 at 9:09 a.m. It's 10:45 a.m., they're up to number S016, and there are people with numbers higher than S070. It's a disaster; the man at module 1 is serving people without numbers, I don't know what his criteria are. It doesn't seem like we're in the 21st century.

Horrible senior care. We were there for over an hour, the next person in line, but the person caring for the elderly wasn't there, and we didn't know when they'd be back. Playing with people's time.
