Very well-organized bank. The best part is that it has been modernized; they've eliminated the lines and now have a numbered system, which makes the wait much more pleasant. The staff has always been very friendly and attentive during my visits. The opening hours are the same as most banks in Chile. It has a small parking lot. Its location is ideal, right in the heart of Buin, on the north side of the main square. It's easily accessible for anyone from anywhere in the town.

The staff at this agency (Buin) provide top-notch service: cordial, efficient, friendly, and effective. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's a shame they couldn't resolve a problem or issue that arose through the "virtual office." This digital service unfortunately still has a lot of room for improvement. The "virtual office" doesn't provide much information or adequate follow-up on processes. As customers, we should be better informed about the status of our requests. Days went by without a concrete response to my email ✉️.

Someone practically shouted that they were going to cash a bank draft, and everyone present heard, even though this type of transaction should be as discreet as possible to prevent potential theft. 2. Extremely slow service; I recommend going to another branch.

I was able to complete my transaction at the express checkout and they even lent me the bathroom for my daughter 💖 very good service and above all empathetic when assisting.
