By far the worst service ever. My funds were withdrawn from my bank account but the ATM did not release the funds. I tried mailing, calling and WhatsApp, but they simply do not respond. I went in person to the bank & got directed to a call center agent who couldn’t assist too. As a tourist, I would advise you to NOT USE DANAMON ATM.
Absolute waste of time, trying to change expiring card. Terms and conditions are not shared anywhere, how would I know when it should be replaced? The information from Hello Danamon differs from the counter staff. Not only that, different counter staff, different information. I've heard "come back next month" every month so far. Stupid service.
Very bad service!!! Not supportive for family saving, tricky and bad ATM service! Tried to transfer to my wife and got blocked for no reason! Many ATMs don't work!
