I have been a customer of Permata for over 6 years with multiple business and personal and VIP Today I experienced the worst most arrant and rude service ever experienced at a bank anywhere in the world I simply for the 3rd time attended to have my faulty card replaced as clearly Permata have quality issues and their public relations consists of a rude security officer that laughed at me with my predicament and instead of directing me to a service manager to assist and find a solution chose to exert his form of customer compliance I also have BCA and DBSI and with this type of customer service using security instead of trained bank management to solve ongoing issues A disgrace

The staff is friendly and helpful, the place is nice and clean. one of the best bank you can find around kuta and 66 beach.
