It was very crowded but it still moved quickly (in customer service), they helped me with my request and it was resolved, however when I greeted the man at the counter he did not return my greeting and was a little defensive, I suppose because of the stress (understandable) but I think that one cannot lose one's manners.

Very friendly staff, clear and prompt information. The investment executive is a very polite gentleman, nothing like the bad experience I had with other executives at other branches.

The service couldn't be worse. Without going into details, I DO NOT recommend going to this branch. I had to travel to complete a transaction and they ruined my entire day. I don't know how the State Bank doesn't train its employees. Excuses, lies, ill will. Completely incompetent. Shameful. Unfortunately, it's the only one with branches throughout Chile.

I went today, September 17th, to renew my Cuenta RUT card. They helped me very quickly, handed me the card, and it was working immediately. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was processed; I think it took less than 10 minutes from the time I entered the branch until I left.
