I went to the branch on January 14, 2026, to apply for a mortgage and was assisted by Executive Alexandra Ortiz, who was extremely unpleasant. 1. She only agreed to print the loan simulation if I confirmed I would take out the loan. 2. She refused to give me the document because I didn't agree to open a checking account, since I already have an electronic checkbook. 3. When one of her clients arrived, she practically kicked me out of her office to attend to her, implying that I should think it over, that it wasn't convenient for me..., that my documents hadn't arrived in her email, even though we confirmed it right in front of her. She was clearly taking advantage of the situation, since her colleagues were on vacation and everyone who made an appointment ended up in her office. 2. The service at this branch, and especially with her, was terrible.
I went to do a VERY simple and quick procedure (withdrawing money from a license), but I still asked the hostess what number I needed to get help. She told me it was customer service. I waited almost two hours, and I couldn't see the text moving, so I went to ask her again to tell me it was customer service at the register. She made me go back and forth; she didn't even have any idea where each procedure was done. I ended up going straight to the register, and the girl, thankfully kind, told me that's where it was and that she didn't understand why they'd sent me to the other side. She did everything in one minute. They made me waste almost two hours on something that could have been solved in one minute. Terrible service from the hostess; she has no idea about anything.
Terrible service from cashier Jenny Araya. She treated a senior citizen poorly. She didn't even say hello; she threw the papers at him, telling him to sign them later. I explained how to do it. Terrible treatment of an elderly person. I asked about her, and it wasn't the first time she'd received complaints. A rude woman. If she doesn't like her job, the door is wide open.
Terrible service and a random number system. They only move up the letters D and S, and I got F... and it never moved. There's no complaints book, and the manager I spoke to showed zero empathy and offered no solutions. I've been a customer for 30 years with all their products: checking account, savings, APV (Additional Voluntary Pension), RUT (Taxpayer Identification Number), checkbook, etc.
The branch is packed, they serve customers at a snail's pace, elderly people and people with disabilities wait for hours and hours and they only serve whoever they feel like. If it's by number, it's very little. People who have just arrived and have higher numbers approach to speak with the staff and end up being served immediately, ignoring everyone else. Terrible branch, they boast about being a magnificent bank but it's all a facade
