Banco Estado 25 Morandé Santiago

Spent 3 hours in there, signed 6 different documents only for them to decide right at the end that actually they couldn't do a vale vista. Complete waste of time and massive show of incompetence all round.

Beautiful place! It's always empty, at least for me, since I only go to deposit money. It's easy because of the ATMs! Thanks to technology xD I don't have to wait in that huge line

We visited the corporate offices of Banco Estado. The management meeting room is particularly striking, with its goatskin-covered walls and beautiful furnishings on display. All of this is located on the 9th floor.

The customer service at this bank branch is awful. The women at the service counters look at you like you're some kind of idiot for asking such simple questions. Unfortunately, I don't work in finance, so I ask questions hoping the bank will answer them, but they just give you a dirty look and explain things in the most unpleasant way (I asked at two different counters, in different departments, and it was equally unpleasant in both). One of them practically threw my ID at me to make us leave. There's no one to guide you to where you should go, to which department or office to ask the right questions. We ended up asking a security guard for directions. I didn't have time to file a personal complaint against the person who helped me, but it was a terrible experience. I also work in customer service, so I know how to treat people, and I've never approached them with bad intentions to deserve such degrading treatment. The service was awful for a main branch. The representative I spoke to didn't know which branch they had to discuss loans with a real estate agency. There were more than 10 representatives, and none of them were willing to help their customers. They looked down on you and just shrugged you off. It was terrible. I spoke with my representative at the real estate agency, and she told me they refused to help me. It was clearly blatant discrimination, since the agency has an agreement with BancoEstado, not with a specific branch.
