It has only one teller window. It has a customer service desk and three tellers. Service is slow, and there are many street vendors outside. The security guard is very friendly and helps customers as they arrive. The branch is currently experiencing system problems.

Perhaps in a time of social peace, I would have enjoyed it more. But because of the protests, there's little positive to show; it's sad to see some causing damage and destruction while others demonstrate for just demands. That's what's happening these days. October 2019, Santiago, Chile.

This branch is terrible; every time I go, I leave feeling incredibly disappointed. The service from some of the employees is awful. Today, I went to open a savings account, and when they told me to go to the counter, the guy was blowing his nose. He yelled at me to leave because he hadn't called me. I apologized and told him I'd been told to go to the counter, and he yelled at me to get lost... In the end, I left in tears, feeling incredibly offended, and decided to go to another branch. A month ago, I went to get my Cuenta RUT statement. I stood in a huge line, and when they finally helped me, I asked the girl for the year's statement, but she gave me the current one. I told her, and when she gave me the other one, I saw it was the current month's statement. I told her she'd made a mistake again, and she told me I had to stand in line again... It was awful. That day, I went to the Moneda branch, and they treated me very well. Banco Estado is a good bank; it's a shame that bad employee

Good service. I suggest you change your Saturday hours. They're open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and closed on Saturdays. The ATM is open 24 hours a day. I suggest you remove Saturdays from the list. Thank you.

So many negative comments. Great service, the staff and security guard were very friendly, and I was able to retrieve my lost bank account card without any problem. Everything was very quick!
