Slow. Disorganized service, even though it uses a numbered system, but it's not very efficient. I've been on the phone for over an hour and 15 minutes. The branch is quite large, and the security guards are very relaxed when it comes to requiring masks, which many people wear on their chins. I go to this branch because it's the closest to my house, but the service is very slow. I hope they improve.

Hello, good afternoon! Today, July 17, 2020, I went to the branch and the service from security guard Cristian Maldonado was excellent. I didn't know how to do the paperwork at the bank because I'm a foreigner, but Mr. Cristian was very kind and guided me quickly. People like Mr. Cristian are the employees that all banks should have. I congratulate him.
No air conditioning, only two cashiers in the public sector (checks or money orders). Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., bad experience, very slow, a small bank for a lot of customer service.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, YOU SPEND HOURS IN LINE TO BE SERVED, YOU REQUEST AN UPDATE ON YOUR PHONE AND AFTER A WEEK OF WAITING THEY CLOSE THE REQUEST BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO SERVED YOU DID EVERYTHING WRONG.
