The service was terrible, especially from the customer service guy with the big eyebrows. He was rude, disrespectful, and even made fun of me. The cashiers couldn't give me any information. They sent me to the customer service line so that the "nice guy with the eyebrows" wouldn't be able to help me. My ID card had a tear in the line, but the QR code was intact (it worked), and he told me the card was useless. When I asked him to try scanning it, he wouldn't. So many people are looking for work, and he doesn't seem to want to work.

I want to highlight the excellent experience I had at this branch. From the moment you walk in, you feel a warm and well-organized atmosphere. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very professional, always ready to help with a smile and answer any questions patiently and clearly. The service is quick and organized, even during peak hours. The facilities are clean, well-marked, and have all the necessary security measures in place. I was also pleasantly surprised by the team's willingness to assist senior citizens and people with special needs, which is greatly appreciated. It's a real pleasure to find places like this, where excellent customer service is truly evident. I hope all banks close, and this one is one of the first. The service is unpleasant and slow. They're all despotic, from the tellers to the person who opens the door. I hate going to Banco Estado to do any business. May God, the stars, angels, and all divine life allow banks as we know them to fall.
