It used to be one of the most efficient banks, even during the bakery boom... however, today it seems the staff is too busy chatting, the executives are slow, and it takes an hour to serve five people. Ridiculous...

The security guard who helped me was very friendly, but the checkout service is extremely slow; I recommend going with plenty of time.
A sloooong 2-hour wait to change my Cuenta RUT account. There are two customer service windows, but only one is working because the other is on the phone. Switch banks if you can. Go with plenty of time.
