Super helpful security guard!

You can exchange currency on the lower floor, and the rates are the same as those at nearby exchange shops. It was nice to be able to exchange money safely at a bank. The staff were also friendly.

They take ages to serve priority customers/caregivers

The service at this bank is terrible. The wait is long, there are only six seats for an area that receives a lot of customers, and the tellers are unwilling to help reduce wait times. They also seem impatient with each number called, despite knowing the bank's spacious layout. I'm surprised they don't have more chairs available. Most banks, not just this chain, have reduced their customer service standards; it's all about basic, inefficient management.

Terrible!!! Customer service is awful, slow, there are three people and they don't call anyone. They just fill out paperwork, look at their desks, and get up to do other things, even though they have set hours for the public and administrative work. It's so bad it's shameless. And outside there's a line of people waiting for service. I left without being helped, and the security guard was making excuses about his laziness. As I was leaving with another customer, he told me to go to another branch. Banco Estado really needs to improve its departments and service, especially considering the 300-peso rip-off they're committing against all their customers. And that's not even considering the scams that members of that bank are constantly exposed to... It's TERRIBLE any way you look at it. If it weren't for my savings account, I wouldn't be with that bank at all.
