I came to this BancoEstado branch because I needed to update my information due to the Gender Identity Law, and Mr. Isaac, the bank employee, made me feel very comfortable and changed my name very quickly. I was truly surprised by how kind and concerned he was that everything was correct with my new information. I had been to other branches in Santiago, and they didn't treat me well and refused to process this request, which took no more than 10 minutes. Thank you so much, Mr. Isaac! We need more bank employees like you!

I live next to this branch, and they have a generator that runs all day. I understand that during work hours I have to put up with it, but on a Saturday, it's excessive. It's a constant noise, and when you want to rest, it becomes very annoying. I ask that you consider the surrounding area.

The branch is open. It looks like it's closed because the entire facade is covered in sheet metal, but it does have a door. It's a pleasure to visit; spacious, quiet, and with friendly service.

I went to this branch to make a withdrawal from my RUT account. The cashier who attended me very kindly indicated that I had to update the signature on the account because it did not match the one on my ID card, because the account was opened by my mother when I was still a minor. So, I was directed to "Customer Service" with my same service number. Within seconds, that number appeared on the screen displaying the service requests, so I went to the indicated counter. The person working there told me, "There was another customer, you'll have to wait." No problem, I sat down and waited. Minutes later, the woman who seemed to be in charge of the area, since she had a desk to the side, yelled to the cashier, "WHO SENT A CUSTOMER FOR SIGNATURE?" She seemed annoyed, and someone from the cashier responded, but I couldn't hear. Then this woman yelled again, "SHE CAME AND JUST FOUGHT IN! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! YOU HAVE TO TELL HER SHE HAS TO WAIT!" She continued, "SHE CAME AND JUST FOUGHT IN!" I
