I took my grandfather to the bank (he's 81 years old) and when we arrived I asked for priority service. The security guard replied, "We don't have any; there are seats for a reason." His response was outrageous, since it's not about sitting down, but rather that at his age there are a number of situations that make waiting for long periods difficult. I've already filed a complaint on the bank's website.
Terrible service at this branch; they make you come to pick up a card when their competition delivers it to your home.
I came to get an additional card and they gave it to me right away! Excellent service! 🌟
Very friendly service, they solved all my problems with the cards and they can even do immediate card printing, 100% recommended.
After a long wait in congestion, the cashier informed me that he couldn't accept dollars because I was an "external" cashier. There was no sign indicating this. They're cutting staff at the expense of customers' time.
