Very bad service, they are very slow and the staff are very bad-tempered
It's Monday, it's past 8:30 and it's still closed. Why do they say it opens at that time if it doesn't?
The service at this bank is terrible; they take forever to get everything done. I stood in line for almost two hours while the guard let people in who had just arrived, and the rest of us waited in the sun.
The service was absolutely terrible. I waited two hours with my four-month-old baby. They kept me waiting after verifying everything on the check, which was all okay. "Supposedly" for signature verification, I waited two hours and 45 minutes before they finally deigned to pay. They don't communicate with you; they just work for the sake of working and have absolutely no empathy. So, DO NOT go to this branch.
The cashiers are more concerned with serving as many people as possible than providing comprehensive customer service. I had to wait over an hour for a refund, and there was no attempt to resolve my issue more quickly, call the other branch, or take any action. All they say is, "I already sent an email." Thank goodness we're not in the days of sending letters or those infamous suitcases. Even in 2022, with all the systems online, they're getting worse and slower every day...
