I waited an hour and a half to be served at the checkout. I was going to buy euros, as I do every month, and the person, who was clearly new, told me it wasn't possible and that I had to go to customer service. Fine, I went, and the person there told me there was another hour's wait. I told them I had already waited in line, but they insisted they wouldn't let me through and that I had to wait. Unbelievable. I won't be back. The only good thing was the security guard, who tried to be more efficient and helpful.

The wait is very slow, even for customers who are going to deposit, they have to wait. Please fix the barrier to enter, it doesn't always work.

Ridiculously long wait times. One employee at customer service, two at the register, and people just wandering around doing nothing in the huge line. This branch is actually the slowest I've ever been to. The others are much faster. I won't be back.

Even though they could have served me, they made me wait until they finished some office paperwork. They should prioritize customers waiting in the branch and not have my time.

The service process is very slow... if you go, be prepared to be very patient.
