The wait times at the cashier are far too long. A simple procedure that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes takes over an hour! It's unacceptable. Many people come during their lunch break and still end up leaving without being able to complete their transaction because they don't have enough time.

The service is incredibly slow. Many "executives" are doing anything but serving customers. And if you're patient and they finally help you, they just pass the buck. They don't know how to solve problems, and frankly, many of them look miserable and have absolutely no desire to work. This bank is awful.

Terrible service, I've been waiting for Customer Service since 12:46 pm and at 2:33 pm they're still on number S53. If you come to the branch, be prepared to wait for several hours.

I've been waiting for an hour and they haven't moved a single customer service number. This is the second time I've come back because their system crashed the last time.

The customer service staff is very unfriendly, slow, and unhelpful in solving problems. We had a very bad experience with my 80-year-old mother. They were very unsympathetic. We were served by two of them, a woman and a man, and both of them just wasted our time and made us feel very bad.
