Terrible service!!! The cashier didn't want to work so she could deposit some checks... she seemed to want to leave early!!

I am deeply grateful for the service I received at Banco de Chile. The team was efficient, friendly, and helpful.
Overall, it's a very comfortable bank branch, with improved service thanks to the first-come, first-served system and a waiting area in excellent condition—very clean and tidy. The staff is very attentive and thoroughly explains the procedures you need to follow after being served. There are usually no long lines or extended waits, which I like.
Good bank, always clean and organized. I noticed they changed the system and now use different letters and numbers to organize service. Many customers get annoyed because they feel it's not entirely in order of arrival, and to be honest, on past visits I've been served after other customers who arrived later, but this time I was served first. I suppose they prioritize certain transactions. Perhaps they're short a couple of tellers.
