THE WORST BANK EVER More than a month for a measly debit card, excessive wait times, RUDE advisors, they're just there warming seats but they don't care about the customers, much less about providing solutions

The service is terrible; you can never get in touch with the office, and when you go there in person, they usually don't help you resolve your issue because they're unfamiliar with the processes. It's absurd, and as a long-time customer, I feel immensely overwhelmed and frustrated that I can't count on qualified people to resolve these situations.

The worst BBVA branch I've ever been to. My mother-in-law, who uses a wheelchair, went there, and the branch has signage indicating accessibility for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users. Upon entering, there's a small elevator. When we tried to go up, it said it required a key, which they never gave us, nor did they help my mother-in-law get in. The elevator is in full view of the advisors who were working that morning, and none of them, even though there were advisors available, helped us or called someone to assist us. What a disappointing branch.
