The service is terrible, the cashiers are arrogant, and the code reader never reads the codes correctly. The cashier's response is always: Pay with PSE.
It's one of the most exclusive banks in the country... even today, its fees for handling products are among the highest. I had a bad experience with this bank early in my credit career, and I think it left a lasting mark on me. There are better options.
There's a lot of negligence from the cashiers; they don't seem to care about the customer. There are also significant delays in all transactions.
The service is far too slow. Even though there are three cashiers, it's like they're working at a snail's pace.
