Waste of time. All young bankers with no real knowledge.
Terrible service. The digital channels are awful, they don't have partnerships with other organizations like pension funds, transfers to voluntary pension funds take more than two weeks, and automatic payments don't work. If you're trying to choose a bank, avoid BBVA.
Poor service. They don't even bother to open new products.
A very inefficient branch, its staff has no knowledge of the products or procedures.
If you choose this bank in Colombia, you should know that: It takes three months to open an account. It doesn't do transfers to other banks (only between accounts at the same bank), neither to Nequi nor any other bank (everything bounces). You can't pay for services online. If you get an additional credit card, it will never be activated, and even the bank's own employees are not capable or empowered to do so. When making a purchase digitally, it will be sent in triplicate. The information is easy to verify, and you'll be able to pay for vacations and Uber rides throughout Colombia. Not to mention customer service by phone. They will never assist you, much less solve ANYTHING.
