It's a complex of business parks housing many large companies and local businesses; I like its classic architecture. You see a lot of people around who work in the area and the business park, and there's plenty of parking nearby.

One-hour delays to complete a transaction, few cash registers available

The service was awful. I went to apply for a credit card, and the representative who helped me said she would call me back that same afternoon to bring some missing documents. She never showed up again. A few days later, I had to go back, and by chance, the same representative was there. I gave her the documents, she took my phone number, and said she would keep me updated on the credit card application. Today, two weeks later, I still haven't heard from her, and I have no idea where the process is. Don't waste your time; go somewhere else.

The service is very slow, there are only 3 advisors and they take 40 minutes per customer until you get so frustrated that you have to leave.

The office is very nice, but it took an extremely long time to go and do a transaction at the teller window. There were hardly any people there, and out of four windows, only one was open. I wasted an hour of my time, and I'm supposed to be a preferred customer.
