The service is terrible. They're really unfriendly and tend to serve customers based on how they know them, making them jump the line.

I think the facilities are nice and comfortable. There are people, but not too many. They have Wi-Fi and a Juan Valdez coffee machine. It's one of the most modern facilities I've seen at a bank. The chairs for waiting are comfortable.
