This bank offered me terrible customer service. The entrance is not user-friendly, much less for handicapped customers. The waiting to make a payment was extremely long. There were only to cashier lines and one was occupied by two customers for a long time. The other line was very slow, and the male person attending it was indifferent to the impatience of customers waiting for a long time. He even left the station frequently and made us wait longer. He called numbers ahead of customers who had checked in earlier. The bank doesn't even take a card to make a payment. I had to leave the bank to find an ATM to get cash and return to a different teller to make my payment and made me wait again. I brought this complaint to the floor manager, and she brushed off as a routine customer procedure and did not offer an apology.

Terrible experience. Incredibly slow for any procedure. And on top of that, they keep calling people from a single waiting list, for example: CU, CG, and the rest of us have to wait as if we don't have the same right.

Too slow. Five advisors, only two of whom were serving, leaving 10 people waiting.

The worst place. They made me wait for 3 hours and then asked for another appointment when they never called me. I had been waiting for 5 hours and nothing, and I was only going to get a card. I don't recommend Banco de Bogota at all.

Terrible service, customer service is top notch and they make you wait, they call you once and if you don't go fast it doesn't matter how excited you are, if you don't go fast you have to take another turn and wait, I left, I got tired of this bank, there are many inconveniences with them
