The service is terrible. There are four cash registers, but only two people are working. One cashier took over 30 minutes counting money, and the other took over 15 minutes to serve customers. They're supposed to be cashiers, not customer service.

The bank doesn't respect the order of service; there are people who arrive later and are served first, even though they don't have any kind of vulnerability or belong to a priority population. They don't respect people's time.

The service was super fast and easy.

I wish I could give it a zero. The service was terrible. I naively thought that because of its central location, I would receive better service than at a more peripheral office like the one at Portal 80, but that wasn't the case; it was worse. Two people were working in the consultation area, and they attended to me an hour and 15 minutes after I had taken my number, even though they were number 3 and I was number 5. During all that time, each advisor only helped one other person. After this time, a third advisor arrived, the one from module 4, who attended to me and three other people in less than 5 minutes. Very efficient, but where was she the entire time we were waiting? The one from module 3 was the worst. Besides only attending to one person in over an hour and not even offering a solution, she kept going back and forth, opening and closing the bank door, which is absurd.
