I work with you (Megalinea) and I come to the meeting every month, and you won't let me park my motorcycle. I have to look for parking, and it's very expensive if they're in that area. What a lack of respect from the bank's employees. I see that you're telling me to contact you, and I do, and you don't offer a solution.
Excellent service, trained staff with the best standards of quality and attention, safe, clean and located in a place with good transport close to the city's points of interest.
The service is excessively slow. It's unbelievable that in this day and age we have to wait over an hour and a half to be served at a bank. I came today, April 24th, and the wait is still just as long. It's outrageous; how is it possible that there's only one person available to provide advice?
It's unheard of that the main branch of Banco de Bogotá is so bad, the digital queuing system is always broken, the advisors are super slow and they are never, seriously never, all working.
