It's a good place; I went to cash a check at the teller window and it was quick and they were quite friendly.

Beware of this bank! I went to the Unicentro branch in Bogotá, they had me sign some documents for a transaction on the first floor, the representative asked for my fingerprints, and the transaction WAS NOT PROCESSED. I called customer service and they said the only solution is for me to go to the same branch where the fraud occurred so they can resolve it for me. Meanwhile, they're holding my money and my documents with my signatures. For God's sake, I was robbed in the bank itself, by the same employees, and nobody is taking responsibility! I need an answer. Does anyone know where I can report them?

The service at the checkout is quick, but for advice or any other procedure it's frustratingly slow. It's 2024 and these processes can take over an hour.

Terrible service. I used the ATM and they gave me seven counterfeit bills, stealing a total of 350,000. I went to file a complaint, and the employee who helped me just held the bills and wouldn't give me her name. The woman at window number 5 was responsible, and I lost the money. It's so sad that the thieves and the cashiers are all in the same bank. Be careful when you visit this branch.

Terrible. You have to wait almost two hours to complete a procedure that only took three minutes. Additionally, the processes are more tedious at this office than at other offices of the same financial institution.
