NDB Bank - Piliyandala No 120 Colombo - Horana Road Mampe

I am really disappointed with the service I have repeatedly experienced at the NDB Piliyandala branch. As someone who holds both a savings account and fixed deposits with the bank, I have visited the branch several times to obtain bank statements and complete other essential tasks. Unfortunately, the service has consistently fallen short. The staff members at the front counters, who handle these customer requests, often show dismissive attitudes and seem unwilling to assist efficiently. Almost every request is met with, “It will take some time,” followed by long delays. This has happened on multiple occasions, making routine tasks unnecessarily stressful and making even basic tasks feel like a burden for them and a waste of time for customers. I would like to respectfully highlight that certain staff members, including Sathushka, should be advised to maintain professionalism in their communication and expressions. Nice place and not crowded.. easy to do the banking and very hospitality customer care service.😊😊

The location is better now than it was before the branch ... You can come directly from Colombo - Horana road... There is ample parking space..

Only one staff on Saturdays… still waiting for 1hr.. no proper token system

I had a great experience at the Piliyandala NDB Bank Branch. The staff was incredibly supportive, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to the lady assistant manager who went above and beyond to assist us.
