NDB Bank - Kiribathgoda 540 Hunupitiya Road Kiribathgoda

One of the worst banking experiences I have had. Poor customer handling, long waiting times, and no clear solutions provided. Issues were not resolved even after multiple follow ups. This level of service is unacceptable for a financial institution. Very disappointed, even one star feels generous.

The branch banking services consistently demonstrate a commitment to security and privacy. The staff ensures a secure environment for transactions, and I value the proactive approach to safeguarding customer information. This dedication to maintaining a trustworthy banking experience contributes significantly to my confidence and satisfaction as a customer

The cheque deposit area always has no slips. When we go inside they make us go back to the same box. Horrible mismanagement. When I made a complaint everyone just acts like its not their fault. The manager of the bank should be changed to manage the branch properly

Banking experience can not be worse than this. This branch is operating like a few decades back compared to the other banks.

As a young entrepreneur I would strongly suggest everyone to look another way. Wasted 3 months of company time and operational capacity trying to get a corporate account opened and running. Similar to the experience u get from People's and BOC. So NDB kiribathgoda (I'm not sure if all branches are like this) is a big no no for 21st century entrepreneurs who want to get down to business without a hassle.
