Kasun De Silva the branch Mansger, is an asset to NDB. Very pleasant and professional. I have had a very good experience dealing with him as well as other staff at this location. Keep up the good work. However, I wish there would be many more branches around Colombo.

One of the worst NDB branch in your brach chain.. Never reapond to a e mail or a call .. They are taking over one month to give an detail of our facilities which we have taken. Never recommend this branch for anyone. Previously there was a good manager and a credit officer . Current manager is the worst manager In whole NDB banking system.

One of the worst bank to deal with. Be-aware. I have a fully settled credit card and loan and it's been months which they haven't updated the necessary records and I'm keeping getting texts and calls reminding to settle a loan which is paid fully! One of the worst customer service I have come across recently in banking industry. Think twice before engaging with this bank for services.

Took over an hour to verify a signature on a cheque (as mentioned by the guy at the counter). Also, there were almost no customers inside the branch as the branch was closed during this time. So, this kind of inefficiency is unacceptable. The guy at the counter was Anurudha. No apology given with regard to the delay. Had to contact my branch to get Nugegoda branch to expedite it, if not they would have continued to be warming their seats and wasting my time. They have no idea how valuable time is.

Good service but parking is not enough.
