Good customer service.

The HNB branch Nawala is exceptionally good at customer service. Ms.Madusha helped me with opening the account and setting up my ATM card. Her patience, dedication, and professionalism, all with a smile are to be commended. She is a great asset to the branch and her contribution to the branch should be recognized and acknowledged. Staff such as her reflect very well for the management, leadership and training at the branch. Thank you Madusha. Keep up the great work!

NEVER GO. Very Bad Service‼️ I opened an account and requested for a card with my name on it. The employee hands me a card without my name, clearly it was his mistake. The woman sitting next to him harshly said to come collect the card in 2 weeks. They never called. I went to the bank after 1 1/2 months, they still haven’t created my card. I wasted more than a hour of my time on both days. I finally closed my account as I was highly disappointed and disgusted with their customer service.

All staff members are in their private call conversations.They do not concern our requirements and even they do not have any idea about our requirements. Even they do not concentrate about customers because the staff members have their own funny conversations and they neglect the customers.I have never seen this type of bad staff in Sri lankan bank service. And they wrongly gave advices and instructions. Never choose HNB bank if you wish to go abroad.because they do not have any idea about bank statements.

It got more than one hour to open a saving account in here. The lady who was in front desk even didn't know how to fill that forum , she went here and there to ask it. Better if HNB can arrange a training for these inefficient staff. I am happy to say Government banks are far better of this branch.
