When I wanted to get my pin again and reactive my app, the officer in the front desk named Subodra (Sadly cant remember name) treated me and offered very organic service where I have never been received. She is very calm a good listener and always making sure that the info shared with a client is true and accurate. I even opened NRFC account and it was faster than I thought. Kindly mention her name if any from the branch sees this. I wish her a bright future in banking industry.

Do not give your credit card applications to someone called Kasuni in this branch. Drags it, never keeps her word or promise on delivery. Doesn’t answer calls or respond to inquiries on updates. Utterly disappointing experience working with such people in the service industry

I had a very good customer experience with the NDB bank in Kollupitiya. Even Homagama and Moratuwa Branches I should remind at this point. They were really helpful for me and their services is superb. I would recommend NDB bank for anyone. Especially if you are migrating for higher studies or any other get in touch with NDB they will help you for sure. Thank you NDB 🫶

Opening an account at this bank is not advisable. When you open an account, they charge approximately Rs. 3,000. No other bank in Sri Lanka has such charges. Specifically, they charge Rs. 1,100 for opening the book, Rs. 900 for the card, and they also retain Rs. 1,000 in the account without informing you. In contrast, there are no such fees at Commercial Bank, and the same goes for other banks. Be cautious and don't get caught up with these types of mafias.

I've been to many banks . But this bank & this branch ( Colombo 3 ) offers good customer service. I visited the bank on the 4th of September during the afternoon, an extremely busy time of the day and they did a super job. They are professional and they are good in what they do .
