An agent arrogantly told me over the phone that she can’t help because my account wasn’t opened in this branch. I responded by saying that my branch wasn’t answering the phone at all, which is why I called here. She said she will transfer me, but instead, it rang for a bit and the line got disconnected. What is the point of having branches islandwide when you are so siloed? That defeats the whole purpose of being able to walk into your nearest branch to get assistance! And her arrogance, once again! Diabolical!

Bad customer service, senior staff should respect the juniors and set an example! Not interfering whilst they are with a customer! They need serious training

Good services and friendly staff Customer care is need to be improved. It has only three cashier point. You have to wait reasonable time in the queue peak hours. Parking might be a problem because it has only few slots but it is manageable. Generally ok. Recommended to bank with them

Went here at night time when the bank is closed. But, pretty pleased to see they offer cash deposit/withdraw machine. Check deposit machine. A touch screen display for queries. Nice!

Staff are not aware of the western union platform. But they have branding related to remittances. Disappointed with the service. If they do not know why are they even branding. I hope the relevant stake holders from western union and other remittance service see this review. I think I’m not the only person who has come here and asked about this service and returned. Very disappointed
