I’m extremely disappointed with the service at NDB Bank. The staff were unhelpful, and getting even simple things done took forever. Customer care doesn’t respond properly, and there’s no sense of urgency or professionalism. Their online banking system is slow and full of errors, making it very frustrating to use. I honestly expected much better from a reputed bank — very poor experience overall. Not recommended at all.
Very good branch. I lost my ID card when i was in the bank. After few days i got to know that my id is lost and fogot where i lost that. After 2 weeks my ID came in the post and really thanks for the kandy branch. Best service

The ATM machine near this bank does not deposit money properly. The money goes into the machine but is not credited to the relevant account. However, a receipt is issued.
