Employing 2 smart employees instead of 6 stupid ones will solve the problem!!! About 5 months ago, my account was closed and they said they would send the amount as a check. Two months later, I went back to the branch and was told the check wouldn't work and that we needed to open a bank account. So, I opened a bank account. It was a long process. On August 6, 2025, I went to the Swedbak branch in Trohlettan to provide new bank account information and was told I didn't have a bank account and no money. They acted like they were kidding me! A fraudulent bank.
I went today together with my wife to open an account for her and guess what, we've been told to fill in a forum and wait until June to get the account, crazy!!!!! Now I'm myself changing to another bank.
Probably the worst customer service available, poor opening hours, only 2 tellers open causing long waits, pathetic. Now have to endure their phone support from abroad, absolutely must be the worst customer service of any organisation, disgraceful. Wake up Swedbank, if only you offered customer service feedback like in other countries you would be ashamed of yourselves. Please use another bank if you can.
I'm overall satisfied with Swedbank but some of the staff in Trollhättan are not fit to work with customer service.
rude staff, think the whole team should go through job training in service because they clearly have no idea how to behave towards customers. If you are employed working with customers you should behave so you get paid, no matter how good a job you do do you think the customer will get good opinions about swedbank with a bad attitude?
