How can you close the bank completely?? Only have appointments? So many people are changing banks now, so bad for a big bank where there was always a queue!!

Incredibly bad opening hours, or should I say none. Always hours long queue at the switchboard, embarrassing!

I see that my scathing review about opening hours and hour-long phone lines etc. has been removed while 10-year-old positive but oh so outdated posts remain. How long will Swedbank in Vänersborg survive? Risk of staff exodus due to customer dissatisfaction. Isn't it time to do something radical? if you want to get back the quality that was in the 80s-90s. Maybe the board has already started closing it down?

Really nice to have a bank that can take the time to see you for a loan promise. Drop in between 10-13.00, stand in line for about 10 minutes. Meeting immediately and mortgage approved 30 minutes later. Solves problems where other banks only want to be heard on the phone
